Semper Fi

If there was a bumper sticker that modeled my philosophy for life, it would be Semper Fi. If you dont already know what Semper Fi means, it means always faithful. Always faithful, to me, means that you always stay true to yourself and your word. It also means that you have respect for others as you do for yourself.

I choose to live by this because I believe that honesty, respect, and loyalty are the most important traits in a person. I always strive to be the best person that I can be and by living my life by Semper Fi, I can achieve this goal.

I believe this motto is an exelent way to live because it can be tailored to so many different view points. Always faithful can mean so many things to different people. It can mean staying faithful to oneself or staying faithful to the views or ideals of a family. Because this phrase can mean so many different things to different people, I think it is an ideal way to live life. Living by this motto can not only benifit your live but it can also benifit the lives of people around you.
